We design and manufacture tools for mass production of parts. Stamping technology and deep drawing is our core business. Most of our tools are sequential dies. Each die is developed for a specific purpose. Provided it is on the right press, with the right material, using the correct greasing, with the right machine adjustments, being professional grinded and used with quality control provisions, it will deliver the expected parts at the expected quality and reliability. To assist you in achieving this we have provided you with some useful information
Installing instructions
In general the tool should be installed in the following manner:
- Adjust the press to the required stroke and height.
- Place the tool parallel and centric to the direction of the coil. Try to position the center of stamping forces as much as possible in the center of the press.
- Make sure that scrap ant parts are free to fall down.
- Lower the ram slowly to it's lowest point.
- Mount the top-plate to the ram
- Let the press run for several strokes to allow the tool to find it's optimal position. Then mount the bottom-plate to the press.
- Adjust the height according to the height indication columns.
Maintenance
Maintenance is very important. Greasing, cleaning and grinding at right intervals will enlarge the life time of the tool. Next table will indicate the intervals for grinding:

Greasing fluids
Choosing the right greasing oil is very important. Light evaporating oils can be used for brass and mild steel during cutting and unstressed bendings. Oils with higher adhesive properties should be used on stainless and during deep drawing. Please contact your supplier for more information:
